Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to join our team and play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve our platform, working with various data, and transforming it into actionable insights that drive business decisions. As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality data structures and pipelines to support our self-service platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and model data and metadata to support ad-hoc and pre-built reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver and optimize data sources to address specified business requirements.
- Apply data modeling techniques to organize and transform data into meaningful and valuable output.
- Help develop new capabilities in our data warehouses and pipelines in complex data environments.
- Improve the reliability, flexibility, and scalability of our existing tools.
- Ensure the highest security standards in controlling data access and data quality.
- Improve existing patterns and frameworks for quickly aggregating raw data records into actionable metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer or SQL/DWH developer.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including data structure optimization and fast data retrieval.
- Strong work experience in data warehousing and business intelligence in an enterprise setting.
- Good English communication skills.
