Chief Financial Officer

The Oetker Collection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at The Woodward, Geneva. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring strong financial management, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the hotel's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review all monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accounting and Compliance: Maintain accurate accounting records, provide financial reports, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement short and long-term financial plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, develop, and inspire a high-quality finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Valuable experience in accounting positions (5 years) acquired in hotels or ideally in an international structure.
- Language: Perfect level of English.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and technical skills, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, best practice hotel operations, finance function set up, and standard systems.
