We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Content Manager to join our team at Virtual Identity GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media content across various platforms.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in social media management to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our clients' online presence. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and maximum impact
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content tailored to different social media platforms
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and preferences, and develop content that meets their needs
  • Write compelling captions and suggest creative ideas to enhance engagement and reach
  • Manage and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content strategies
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • First-hand experience with social media management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Passion and interest in social media trends and platforms
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
