Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Power Module Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our power electronics group, you will design and develop innovative power modules for traction drives, focusing on voltages up to 1000V and currents up to 800A. Your expertise in semiconductor properties, parasitic electrical elements, thermal connection, and product lifespan will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Create design specifications for new power modules and support the designs during the initial prototype phase.
- Plan and set up test benches for design verification and perform developer tests, including analyzing and documenting the results.
- Degree from a technical university in the field of semiconductors, electronics, or electrical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of semiconductor or power electronics.
- Basic automotive experience is highly appreciated.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- German language skills are highly appreciated.

We offer a fair and attractive remuneration package, including a gross monthly salary of at least €4,400 (14 x p.a.) for this position. The actual salary will be determined based on your actual number of hours.
