Als SAP Transformation Manager bei Wavestone Germany AG bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Transformation bestehender Systeme in innovative S4/HANA-Umgebungen. Du bringst Expertise in verschiedenen Branchen ein und bist maßgeblich an der Digitalisierung unserer Kunden beteiligt.
Deine Aufgaben- Leitung strategischer End-to-End-Projekte zur Transformation bestehender Systeme in innovative S4/HANA-Umgebungen
- Entwicklung maßgeschneideter Konzepte für die Digitalisierung unserer Kunden
- Durchführung von Fach-Workshops und nahtlose Integration unserer SAP-Lösungen
- Fortentwicklung unseres Beratungs- und Service-Portfolios für aktuelle und zukünftige Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich SAP S4/HANA
- Führung von Projektteams und Förderung der Teamentwicklung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in SAP-Implementierungs- oder Re-Design-Projekten, größtenteils in leitender Funktion
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit dem Verständnis für die Umsetzbarkeit fachlicher Anforderungen
- Erfahrung in S/4HANA Transformationsprojekten von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
