About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to drive digitalization efforts within the HR department. As a Digital HR Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for our system landscape in Success Factors, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems Support: Provide expert support for our system landscape in Success Factors, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system functionality.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven reports, leveraging Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR processes, driving digital transformation and aligning with organizational goals.
  • User Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive training programs and documentation to ensure all users are equipped to effectively utilize HR systems.
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or IT-related field.
  • Experience with Success Factors or similar HR solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Project Management Skills and ability to work independently.

The minimum yearly gross salary based on full-time employment is approximately $46,614.68, according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement. Overpayment may be offered based on experience and qualifications.
