Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Schnittstelle zu lokalen und globalen internen Kund:innen für Qualitätsfragen betreffend Softwareprodukte
  • Initiierung und Überwachung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und der organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Organisation bei der Ursachenanalyse und der Entwicklung von kurz- und langfristigen Lösungen
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation der regelmäßigen Quality Round Tables in den Software-Geschäftsbereichen
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen internen Qualitätsaudits für Prozesse und Produktentwicklungsprojekte
  • Sicherstellung von kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserungen der Softwareprodukte
  • Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Produktfreigaben (Qualilty-Gate-Reviews)
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Umweltsystemwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von Softwarelösungen
  • Begeisterung für innovative Softwareprodukte
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit effektiv mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe zu interagieren
  • Engagierte und ausdauernde Persönlichkeit mit präziser und proaktiver Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Lohn und Leistungen:

Wir bieten einen Jahresbezug von brutto €57.640,00. Die Einstufung erfolgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Industrie (Fachverband Fahrzeugindustrie). Wir bieten aber auf jeden Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
