Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting team in the digitalization of financial processes, preparing financial statements, and presenting financial data to the management board. You will also oversee credit control, credit collection, and cash planning activities to ensure efficient financial operations.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting with a focus on financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an accounting team.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; experience with HFM is an advantage.
