We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global HR Team as a HR Business Partner – Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation (EU). In this role, you will play a critical part in driving organizational performance by providing strategic guidance to leaders and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
About the RoleYou will serve as a trusted partner to our business leaders, responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on human resources operations, including talent management, employee relations, and workforce development.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning people practices and strategies with overall business objectives.
- Define and own HR Strategy & Action Plan, supporting Sales & Service leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent optimization.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to Leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership coaching, employee counselling, performance management, and career development.
- Partner with Global HR Centers Of Excellence on the execution of HR initiatives.
- Drive solutions in the areas of talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Degree in HR or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Manager in Austria & multi-countries.
- Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources, including recruiting, talent management, and organizational design.
- Experience supporting leaders in multiple countries, with knowledge of labor laws in various countries.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
