Concession Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concession Merchandiser to join our team at Claire's. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and sales performance of our concession shop within a designated retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various stores within your assigned route to recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop.
• Validate carton deliveries from the Distribution Center and implement the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
• Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
• Ensure promotions and "sale" are in line with operational requirements.
• Organize extra stock in assigned areas and process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
• Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance.
• Maintain a clean and tidy concession area at all times and ensure products are not left on the floor.
• Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
• Provide regular updates on performance to the Concessions District Sales Manager, offering feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move stock as required.
