Administration Manager for Service Training Academy

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administration Manager to join our team at the Service Training Academy. As an key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating management training programs for our partner businesses. This includes managing participant relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of training events.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate management trainings (Nachwuchs-Führungskräfte, Serviceleiter, Werkstattleiter, Teileleiter) for our partner businesses
- Manage participant relationships, including invitations, verification, and coordination with internal and external trainers
- Coordinate logistics, including arrangements for external trainers and service providers
- Ensure seamless execution of training events, including setup, facilitation, and follow-up
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A completed commercial education (e.g., business administration, marketing, or a related field)
- Maturity and independence in your work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
