Product Owner (w/m/d) CRM Salesforce

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead our CRM Salesforce project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a CRM or Salesforce environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in CRM implementation and management
