**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Product Specialist to join our team in Wiener Neudorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our category managers in various aspects of the operational business, including weekly price management, order processing, and data entry.



**Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of this role include:



  • Supporting category managers in operational tasks such as price management, order processing, and data entry
  • Managing weekly prices for Billa CEE countries and ensuring timely confirmations to suppliers
  • Processing orders to suppliers, including system entry, changes, and article management
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to verify prices and reconcile discrepancies
  • Reviewing reports and weekly results to identify areas for improvement


**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • At least initial professional experience in administration or category management
  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in German or an Eastern European language an advantage
  • Aptitude for detail-oriented work, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills, with SAP knowledge an added advantage
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills
