Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Finance department in Vienna, Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring transfer pricing compliance reports are completed on time, preparing master files, and ensuring compliance with local country rules and submission deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure transfer pricing compliance reports are completed on time and in accordance with local country rules and submission deadlines.
- Prepare master files and ensure compliance with all local country rules and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with external advisors to obtain, review, and manage benchmarking studies for related party transactions.
- Assist in providing information to foreign tax advisors preparing foreign transfer pricing reports.
- Review and detail actual and forecasted cost allocation to ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on the implementation of intercompany transactions according to applicable rules.
- Coordinate and draft new intercompany agreements.
- Review the Benefit Test analysis on a yearly basis.
- Review the Global Transfer Pricing Policy annually.
- Support international tax audits as requested.
- Implement future transfer pricing reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the transfer pricing area, including improvements of existing transfer pricing reporting tool and transfer pricing intercompany transaction matrix tool, as well as identification and implementation of additional automation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing in comparable industry experience.
- Previous experience with working with or in other countries in tax-related positions a plus.
- Solid knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax concepts.
- Good research and writing skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate, orally and writing, including the ability to explain complex information and develop persuasive arguments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, GlobalDoc, and Hyperion.
