Your partners will include global software vendors that enhance our leading role as a Platform for Observability and Application Security. Your duties encompass a comprehensive approach - from establishing and ensuring smooth interoperability between our software solutions, promoting ongoing co-innovation, to implementing collaborative go-to-market strategies.
- You will take charge of developing, leading, and executing the strategy and integration of our partner initiatives.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align alliance objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
- You will take responsibility for collaborative programs and initiatives, utilizing both internal and external resources to provide timely and accurate updates on progress and achievements to stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Facilitate relationships and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology partners and vendors, including partner executive leaders, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- You will be accountable for initial technical assessments and detailed business strategies.
- Proactively identify, develop, and drive long-term strategies and initiatives with technology alliance partners to foster rapid business growth on a global scale.
- You will actively seek and leverage new opportunities for joint ventures, collaborative projects, and business development to stimulate innovation and revenue growth.
- You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, from executives to product and sales teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications
- You possess over 10 years of exceptional leadership, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
- You have 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and managing technology alliances with major software vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and managing partner relationships.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies in the technology/cloud services sector, preferably within the DevOps or Cybersecurity domains.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Preferably: Experience in establishing an ISV Ecosystem Partner Program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an engaging personality with a high level of comfort interacting with executives, IT management, and developers.
- Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the company's travel policy.

- In compliance with legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. A higher salary will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
