Job Description

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager/Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and building a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls, driving governance, risk, and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and build a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls
  • Drive project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications
  • Track and monitor progress using project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Improve and document workflows and processes for the certification and audit team
  • Plan meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into the process
  • Drive the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time
  • Be the main contact person for internal and external auditors and Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor
  • 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk, and compliance)
  • 3+ years of experience as a team lead
  • Hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the whole enterprise
  • Motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Proactive and open person always seeking to improve and finding creative solutions
  • Interest in technology, security, and privacy
  • Fluent English skills

Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
