Job Description

This position involves overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial advisory and consulting, accounting operations and financial systems, and financial reporting and consolidation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, with at least 15 years of experience in Finance, preferably in a VP of finance/Head of Finance/CFO role. A professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is mandatory, and an additional MSc/MBA is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Close collaboration with the FP&A team on budgeting, financial planning, business request evaluations, monthly reviews, and necessary adjustments.
  • Providing financial advisory and consulting services to senior management to identify cost-saving opportunities, develop revenue-enhancing strategies, predict income potential, and optimize finance and revenue processes.
  • Oversight of accounting operations and financial systems to ensure efficient financial systems management.
  • Supervision of financial reporting and consolidation, including acquisition processes, international regulations, and compliance efforts.
