Job Title: Media Literacy Consultant

Join the OSCE Mission in Kosovo as a Media Literacy Consultant and contribute to advancing media and information literacy education in Kosovo. This exciting opportunity is part of the Extra-Budgetary project, which aims to foster critical thinking, responsible digital citizenship, and a more informed society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project staff in implementing assigned project activities, recommending priority activities, and preparing written materials for supervisors' approval.
  • Provide project management support through document preparation, data compilation, and administration.
  • Coordinate reporting requirements and provide substantive input to progress reports, evaluation reports, and concept notes.
  • Monitor administration of assigned project activities, including tracking budget and expenditure, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate administrative arrangements, including preparation of terms of reference and selection of consultants, implementing partners, and vendors.
  • Use IRMA to initiate and follow up on actions related to requisitions, recruitment, procurement, payments, and travel authorizations.
  • Serve as a JARVIS and DocIn focal point, ensuring implementation of requirements and standards in project activities and goals.
Requirements:
  • Completed secondary education supplemented by formal training in administration, project management, or media development.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in administrative or project work, preferably in an international environment.
  • Digital literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of IRMA an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Albanian, with knowledge of Serbian an additional asset.
  • Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, with ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities.
What We Offer:

The OSCE offers a competitive remuneration package, including a Special Service Agreement (SSA) / Consultant contract, with a target start date of 07/10/. The successful candidate will be hired for 3 months, with the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team.
