Job Summary

As a Business Navigation & Operations Manager (BNOM) Trainee, you will be trained to:

  • Collaborate on the store Business Plan, using market data to enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive financial planning, align with store priorities, and set goals with stakeholder commitment.
  • Identify and act on commercial opportunities with the team.
  • Understand and manage the stores Profit&Loss, reduce costs, and create forecasts.
  • Analyze investments for ROI, considering all project aspects.
  • Lead and develop teams, identifying talent, and ensuring succession planning.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment by implementing relevant guidelines.

About the Role

This rotational program provides comprehensive exposure to our business operations, financial planning, and strategic decision-making processes. You will receive training and mentoring from experienced managers, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
