Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for performing technical incoming inspections of implant components, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing Technical Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of implant components, including documentation and data entry in our ERP system.
  • Testing and Measurements: Carry out tests and measurements, including documentation, to ensure that our products meet quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect individual parts of the implant production process to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Work Instructions: Work according to work instructions and with microscope, in clean room and according to quality standard DIN ISO 13485.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed apprenticeship, technical school or HTL in the fields of electronics, electrics, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial electronics or production engineering.
  • Skills: Independent, concentrated and exact way of working, high motivation, ability to work in a team and personal responsibility, distinct fine motor skills, MS Office skills as well as written and spoken German and English.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 33,235.30, plus clean room allowance.
