About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement strategies for reducing our environmental footprint. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing plans to minimize carbon emissions through carbon accounting and decarbonization efforts.
  • Evaluating new technologies and processes to enhance environmental performance.
  • Contributing to the development of environmental and climate risk management plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with environmental policies and best practices.
  • Fostering a sustainable corporate culture by initiating programs and training sessions to raise employee awareness on environmental topics.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
  • Technical competencies and knowledge of environmental legislation and regulatory standards.
  • At least 3 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the forestry, paper, or packaging industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and optimize complex processes.
  • Experience in implementing environmental strategies, particularly in carbon management, carbon accounting, water management, and biodiversity conservation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
