About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team at ÖBB-Konzern. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the creation of detailed technical designs within big ServiceNow implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of detailed technical designs within big ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Serve as an expert advisor for the roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization.
  • Mature architectural solutions to meet high cross-functional requirements.
  • Transfer technical and functional requirements into the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as external implementation partners and internal system capability teams to implement ServiceNow applications.
  • Provide guidance and support to ServiceNow administrators and developers.
Requirements
  • Degree in computer science, informatics or related disciplines and 3+ years experience with ServiceNow, with a broad working knowledge of the platform's capabilities and the applications that run on it.
  • Solid skills in ServiceNow solution design and architecture and proven experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows.
  • Experience with advanced scripting in the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript) and extensive ServiceNow Administration Experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes and experience with working in agile teams.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) or ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and basic German skills.

  • A minimum salary of EUR53,592.00 gross per year is provided for the position of "Expert:in IT Projekt-/Programmmanagement" (according to the collective agreement in the field of automatic data processing and information technology). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment above the collective agreement level from EUR 65,000,- (All In) gross per year for 38.5 hours per week is provided.
