Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Controller to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and control across our global logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis

You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and forecasts that align with our company's strategic objectives. This will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for cost savings and process enhancements.

Logistics Cost Control

You will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics costs are accurately forecasted and controlled. This will involve working closely with our procurement and supply chain teams to identify areas for cost reduction and implementing process improvements to optimize our logistics operations.

Reporting and Analytics

You will be responsible for providing regular financial reports and analytics to our senior management team. This will involve developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights that inform business decisions.

Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with our global subsidiaries and headquarters operations department to ensure that our logistics operations are aligned with our company's strategic objectives. This will involve communicating financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders and working collaboratively to drive business results.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in logistics or financial planning
  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Experience in cost-type and cost-unit controlling
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD), SAP TM, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
  • Good command of advanced analytics and data visualization tools (Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Analytics mindset, future vision focus, and passion for working with numbers
  • Accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and result orientation
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
