Expansion Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expansion Project Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our Operations organization, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our operations assets and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead the entire project management process, ensuring organization, planning, adherence to timelines, and budget management. Prepare, review, and disseminate detailed progress reports to identify gaps and proactively mitigate risks.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Spearhead cross-functional teamwork to align with project goals and timelines. Coordinate up to eight workstreams, including Scoping, Site, Building, Automation and Permits, Production & Technology, IT Implementation, Logistics & Customs, Procurement, Quality Management, and Operational Ramp of the facility.
- Strategic Operations Expansion Framework: Develop a comprehensive Strategic Operations Expansion Framework, using project management methods to incorporate tools, methods, and procedures aligned with global standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Red Bull's global Expansion Program Methods, refining the Expansion Framework to boost project effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and foster collaboration within the Operations team and other relevant departments. Establish a robust network within Red Bull's Partner Organizations and develop technical expertise and standards by leveraging the knowledge base of technical experts for turnkey manufacturing and warehousing projects.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Project or Program Management within Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Experience with Workfront or similar PM tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on conceptual thinking and continuous improvement.
