About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Security Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a central role in shaping application security within our integrated technology landscape.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initial requirements gathering through to delivery and support in accordance with Red Bull's IT project management standards.
  • Develop targeted project plans and schedules, and monitor progress at regular intervals.
  • Provide technical know-how and support to teams, and cooperate with application teams in the implementation and control of projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity of projects.
  • Manage risk and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Work with various IT departments to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within an IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience in process development and improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Profound knowledge on software security.
  • Sophisticated communication skills in English for conveying complex information clearly and effectively, German is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

**Note:** Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
