Red Bull is a global leader in the energy drink market, with a strong presence in various industries. We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Team Lead to join our team and drive our organizational development and training initiatives.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in learning and development, change management, and organizational development. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies, programs, and trainings to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies, programs, and trainings to support employee growth and development
  • Lead the design and implementation of change management plans and methods for projects and/or change initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Talent Management teams to ensure orderly administration of programs
  • Establish relevant KPIs and a reporting framework to support continuous improvement of L&D service offers
  • Provide reporting and updates to management and project teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People/Culture, Change Management Consulting, Organisational Development, Human Resources, L&D Consulting
  • First experience in people management
  • Advanced digital literacy preferred
  • Literate with a variety of training and learning management methods, platforms & digital tools
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing change management concepts
  • Able to perform personally or virtually in front of audiences in a training, workshop environment or in a studio recording situation
  • Superior verbal & writing skills in both English and German and an analytical mindset
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • Self-driven, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking combined with conceptual competence
  • Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels
  • Master or Bachelor Degree in the area of Business Administration, Human Resources, Change Management, Strategic Management

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
