About the Role

Lead the Master Data Team

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead our Master Data team and play a key role in our Master Data initiatives. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and coaching the Master Data team. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for our Master Data System and PLM system.

Process and Data Governance

You will develop and implement data governance policies and procedures, monitor and enforce data quality standards across the organization. You will work with various departments to ensure data consistency and integrity. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to improve data management practices and processes, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on data governance initiatives. You will also negotiate with different teams to align on data governance policies and procedures.

Training and Development

You will create and maintain documentation related to data governance and support processes. You will also conduct training sessions for employees on data governance best practices and the use of the Master Data and PLM systems. Finally, you will develop user guides and support materials to assist users in navigating our systems.

Requirements

Leadership Experience

Leadership experience as a Team Lead and/or system expert with a strong focus on SAP systems.

System Support Experience

Proven experience in system support, preferably with Master Data / PLM systems (e.g., MDG-M, ARAS).

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of MDG-M and/or ARAS PLM system or similar software.

Industry Standards

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data governance (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ITSM, ARIS).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Language Skills

Fluent in English, German skills beneficial.
