About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Governance Team Lead to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Master Data team and playing an active part in our Master Data initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop our Master Data Team to ensure the successful implementation of our Master Data initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our Master Data System and PLM system.
  • Assist users with system-related issues and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address system enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, and system configuration.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce data quality standards across the organization.
  • Work with various departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data management practices and processes.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Leadership experience as a Team Lead and/or system expert with a strong focus on SAP systems.
  • Proven experience in system support, preferably with Master Data / PLM systems.
  • Knowledge of MDG-M and/or ARAS PLM system or similar software.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or other SAP modules beneficial.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data governance.
  • Strong understanding of process management and data governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, German skills beneficial.
