Key Responsibilities

We trust you with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of four skilled Service Owners, where your main focus will be to define the direction, develop the strategy, and create the roadmap for M365 services at Red Bull.
  • As the lead, you will also assume the role of Project Manager for projects under Red Bull's Digital Workplace Collaboration Services, overseeing them from inception to completion to ensure alignment with our objectives.
  • Transparency is essential in our operations. You will be responsible for providing clear insights into the roadmap of collaboration services initiatives and building relationships with peers both locally and globally.
  • As the manager of our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, you will oversee budgets for all vendors and partners within the Collaboration Services sector, including planning, monitoring, and controlling expenses.
  • Maintaining robust relationships with our vendors and partners is vital. You will be tasked with nurturing these connections, ensuring that contracts are effectively managed to support the seamless operation of our collaboration services.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and leading IT teams and projects, preferably within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online is crucial.
  • Possession of a Microsoft 365 certification or related qualifications is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with the capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel 0-10%.
