Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Delivery Team in Vienna, Austria. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a range of projects with varying complexities and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of Nomad Digital projects within your region, leading a team of subject matter experts and/or contractors assigned to the project.
  • Ensure planned works are completed to budget, safely, and within set timescales, managing our ecosystem of clients, suppliers, contractors, and partners.
  • Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and quality management systems to ensure project success.
  • Provide inputs for upselling opportunities to the customer account/sales manager and support the upselling process.
  • Document and file best practices and learnings, participating in internal initiatives to improve the quality of deliver processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a technical, business, or project management field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Successful track record of delivery within multi-year projects in excess of several million dollars, with the ability to work on at least three projects in different stages simultaneously.
  • Experience in overseeing hardware and software solution requirements definition, solution design, and implementation, as well as complex roll-out projects across the country.
  • Excellent grasp of commercial and legal aspects related to project execution.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to lead and follow on project process controls.
