About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Chemistry team at Waters Corporation. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and rolling out strategic objectives across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through regular communication, product demonstrations, and training.
  • Roll out strategic objectives across the territory, including the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Support Demand Generation events, either virtual or on-site, as required.
  • Manage the Sales Funnel within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

  • A scientific degree (BSc or MSc) in a Life Science discipline.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with good knowledge of Czech and/or Polish a plus.
  • Strong networking character and good communication skills required.
  • Willingness to travel within Austria and allocated countries in the region.
