Regulatory Affairs Project Manager DACH (m/w/d)
Location: Flexible (Remote or Vienna)
Reporting To: Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager DACH
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards for a diverse portfolio of OTC and self-care products.
• Oversee regulatory obligations across various product categories, including OTC pharmaceuticals, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
• Plan and manage regulatory life-cycle processes with a focus on OTC pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver essential labeling components.
• Approve marketing materials and product labeling.
• Provide scientific guidance for our esteemed brands.
• Assist the Consumer Service team in addressing customer inquiries.
• Monitor and interpret relevant legislation and requirements for different product classifications.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and associations within the DACH network.
• Collaborate closely with local Patient Safety, Quality, Marketing, and Sales teams, as well as central functions within our Consumer Self-Care International unit.
• Actively support DACH teams and international project teams, particularly in relation to new product introductions and modifications.
• Lead regulatory initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes and their implementation within the newly established DACH cluster organization.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in natural sciences, preferably in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, food science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, particularly in an OTC context.
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape at both national (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) and EU levels.
• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Dependable, engaged, proactive, innovative, and analytical thinker.
• Results-oriented with a precise and independent work style.
• Customer and consumer-focused mindset.
