Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed Quality Control Scientist to become a vital member of our analytical lifecycle methods team.

In the role of Quality Control Scientist, you will be instrumental in validating and transferring testing methodologies, ensuring that these methods remain validated and compliant, drafting laboratory investigation reports, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, and managing specific responsibilities within change controls. You will act as a subject matter expert for the testing methods assigned to you. Your Contributions:
  • Expertise in analytical method validation and transfer
  • Capability to oversee testing methods and guarantee compliance
  • Skill in drafting laboratory investigation reports and performing root cause analysis
  • Participation in specific tasks related to change controls concerning testing methods
  • Ability to work autonomously, make data-driven decisions, and exhibit a strong affinity for IT
  • Familiarity with industrial guidelines and pharmacopoeia
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement projects
Qualifications:
  • Background in technical or natural sciences (biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related fields)
  • Resilient, organized, and self-sufficient
  • Proficient in Good Practices (GxP)
  • Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
  • Fluency in German and English (sufficient for international teleconferences)

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.157,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary is contingent upon your professional experience and qualifications.
