Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed Quality Control Scientist to become a vital member of our analytical lifecycle methods team.

In the role of Quality Control Scientist, you will be instrumental in the validation and transfer of testing methodologies, ensuring that these methods remain validated and compliant. Your responsibilities will include drafting laboratory investigation reports, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, and managing specific activities within change controls. You will act as a subject matter expert for the assigned testing methods. Your Contributions:
  • Expertise in analytical method validation and transfer processes
  • Capability to oversee testing methods and guarantee compliance
  • Skilled in drafting laboratory investigation reports and performing root cause analyses
  • Participation in specific tasks related to change controls for testing methods
  • Ability to work autonomously, make data-driven decisions, and exhibit a strong affinity for IT
  • Familiarity with industrial standards and pharmacopoeia
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement projects
Qualifications:
  • Background in technical or natural sciences (biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related fields)
  • Resilient, organized, and self-sufficient
  • Experienced in Good Practices (GxP)
  • Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
  • Proficiency in both German and English (sufficient for international teleconferences)
