Your Role

You will be working as a Logistics Support Analyst Engineer at our Vienna site, which serves as a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include developing logistic support plans in collaboration with the engineering team, analyzing and forecasting supply chain requirements, and ensuring the availability of spare parts and other logistic resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop logistic support plans in collaboration with the engineering team to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.
  • Analyze and forecast supply chain requirements to guarantee the availability of spare parts and other logistic resources.
  • Perform detailed analyses to ensure the supportability and maintainability of equipment and systems.
  • Create and update technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts catalogs.
  • Evaluate new designs and modifications for their impact on logistical support and maintenance.
  • Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses to support effective maintenance planning.
  • Calculate Life Cycle Costs to predict and reduce the total cost of ownership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Fluency in German and English language.
  • Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
