Job Title: Head of Asset Development Renewables

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Asset Development Renewables. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, representing our company's interests, and ensuring the successful development of our renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new project opportunities and represent our company's interests in discussions with third parties.
  • Ensure development partner deliverables are submitted in line with expected time plans.
  • Accompany project planning, including the preparation of key figures, development of calculations, and strategic support of planning in all phases.
  • Communicate with authorities and inform external stakeholders with regular reporting.
  • Commission external contractual partners and coordinate resulting work steps.
  • Support the financing department in developing liquidity planning and budget forecasting.
  • Assist the asset realization department in aligning technical documentation needed for construction phase of projects.
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training or basic knowledge of business administration or law.
  • Experience in asset development/property project development.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25%).
  • Fluent in Romanian and English.
  • Strong communicator and solution-orientated team player with negotiating skills, pragmatic approach, and personal responsibility.
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working.
