As a Thermodynamics Engineer at Bombardier Recreational Products, you will play a crucial role in the development of our innovative powersports vehicles. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Elaborate thermodynamic concepts for 2-stroke engines in various applications in collaboration with design, simulation, and calculation departments.
- Develop and calibrate engine control systems, as well as plan necessary adaptations of engine control functionalities.
- Apply advanced measurement and control technology, and utilize associated software tools (Uniplot, AVL Concerto, Inca, SGE Circus, Matlab Simulink) to develop thermodynamic properties of engines.
- Collaborate closely with engine and vehicle calibration departments to ensure seamless integration of thermodynamic systems.
- Completed technical education in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in engine development and thermodynamics.
- Excellent practical knowledge of thermodynamics, combustion engines, measurement, and evaluation procedures for thermodynamic engine assessment.
- Very good knowledge of English, with basic knowledge of German an advantage but not required.
- Basic willingness to travel and enthusiasm for our products.

- A minimum salary of EUR 53,068.12 gross/year, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
