About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Development Engineer to join our team in the field of thermodynamics. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of thermodynamic concepts for 2-stroke engines in various applications.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with design, simulation, and calculation departments to develop and implement thermodynamic concepts
- Basic calibration of engine control and planning of necessary adaptations
- Development of thermodynamic properties of engines using latest measurement and control technology
- Close cooperation with engine and vehicle calibration departments
- Completed technical education in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in handling engine control systems on the engine test bench
- Very good practical knowledge of thermodynamics, combustion engines, and measurement and evaluation procedures
- Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German is an advantage
We offer an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits, including a minimum salary of EUR 53,068.12 gross/year and the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
