Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Quality Engineer at BRP, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electric and electronic components used in our high-performance internal combustion engines, electric motors, and inverters for powersport and aircraft drivetrains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop projects in close cooperation with our R&D and Purchasing departments
  • Select, qualify, develop, and audit suppliers
  • Control the initial sample process and handle complaints
  • Secure and improve supplier relationships, manufacturing processes, and product quality
  • Work closely with international teams in Mexico, Taiwan, and Austria
  • Approximately 25% international travel to our global supply base is expected

Requirements

  • Completed technical studies in electric/electronic engineering, mechatronics, automotive, mechanical engineering, or similar
  • Professional experience in development or quality management for electric/electronic components and assemblies is ideal
  • Passion for high-performance engines and electromobility
  • Good English skills, German is an advantage
  • Team player with analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive working style

What We Offer
