PLC Service Desk Engineer

As a Service Desk Engineer for PLC systems, you will be responsible for receiving and processing support requests in a solution-oriented manner, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all interactions.
You will provide technical support to customers worldwide from our headquarters in Graz, analyzing and resolving issues related to existing logistics systems and ensuring the availability of conveyor systems.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel globally to gain knowledge and experience during the training phase.
After completing the Knapp training, you will work in shifts and have the option to supplement your salary by being on call at weekends.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a technical education with a focus on electrical engineering, as well as first-hand knowledge of PLC programming, preferably with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
You must be fluent in English and German, and possess strong teamwork and independence skills.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,650 gross per month, with the opportunity for market-based compensation based on qualifications and experience.
