About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Coordinator at our Porsche Klagenfurt location. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing inventory shipments
  • Coordinating the commissioning of spare parts with the support of electronic tools
  • Packing and shipping automotive spare parts and accessories
  • Assisting with the transfer of goods to logistics companies
  • Monitoring inventory, stock, and procurement management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of IT equipment in the ET warehouse (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of initiative and motivation
