We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our Merchandise Planning & Allocation department in Bregenz, Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the budgeting process and financial planning for seasonal and essential products
  • Support the buying process in collaboration with the Head of Merchandising, Regional Buyers, and Demand Planning
  • Plan the initial allocation of seasonal products per store
  • Review current season performance and recommend actions to optimize sales
  • Analyze global in-season data to achieve end-season stock and sales goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a retail environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
  • Accurate working style with attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
