Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant - Fashion and Lifestyle. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for fashion and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing.

About the Role:

• Support the Marketing Team with trade marketing tasks, including sourcing, development, and production of analogue and digital tools and collateral.
• Assist in evolving and executing POS activations and promotions in retail and B2B wholesale.
• Manage content and provide store-related analogue and digital assets.
• Develop, coordinate, and handle marketing tools and documents.
• Support international sales and marketing team for various POS activities, fairs, and events.
• Correspond with internal and external partners on an international level.
• Assist with organization, tracking, and distribution of product samples for marketing initiatives.
• Support product seeding process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to influencers, media, and other stakeholders.

What You Need:

• First work experience in fields of marketing, PR, product management, sales, or related.
• Strong affinity for fashion and lifestyle industry.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Expertise in correspondence with internal and external partners on an international level.
• Ability to autonomously assume projects and tasks and to proactively work in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on mentality combined with a solution-oriented mind.

Salary Information:

We offer a minimum salary of € 2,095.00 gross per month according to the collective agreement for this position.
