Senior UX Researcher Transformation Specialist

Your MissionThis role will lead UX research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate and improve user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide user-focused product decisions and define user tracking events in tools like Amplitude, Piwik Pro, Matomo, or Google Analytics.
You will conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to optimize user interactions, present research findings to stakeholders, and advocate for data-driven design improvements. Additionally, you will lead workshops to educate teams on UX principles and research methods, ensuring effective use of UX insights.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in design, with 5+ years dedicated to UX research in a larger design team. You must be an expert in UX research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and more.
You should possess strong communication skills to present insights and advocate for user needs, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and influence product strategy. Experience with tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, or Maze is also required.
