We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations in Austria, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining compliance with local and international standards.

About the Role
  • Oversee all financial operations for SKIDATA Austria, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 finance professionals, including senior accountants and part-time staff.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles for the Austrian market.

As a strategic business partner to the local management team, you will provide financial insights and analysis to drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, tax advisors, and auditors, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Finance or Controller role, ideally with experience in B2B industries.
  • Strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented, analytical approach to managing complex financial data.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written & spoken).
