The Department for Legal Studies and International Relations at the Faculty of Business and Globalisation is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Professor for Corporate Sustainability. This tenure-track position offers an excellent opportunity for a talented researcher and educator to contribute to the development of the department's research and teaching activities in the field of corporate sustainability.

Job Description

The Assistant Professor for Corporate Sustainability will be responsible for teaching and research in the field of corporate sustainability, with a focus on entrepreneurship, sustainability, and CSR. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach courses in corporate sustainability, as well as conduct research in this area. The position also involves the development of national and international networks, as well as the establishment of an own working group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, economics, or law, with a focus on corporate sustainability. A proven track record of research and teaching experience, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Completed university degree (Doctorate/PhD) in business, economics, or law
  • Scientific track record, with national and international publications in the field
  • Good German and English language skills

  • Proven inter- and/or transdisciplinary research experience
