Your Job Responsibilities

You will lead and supervise Reporting and Treasury teams, overseeing the month end close process, accounts reconciliation, journal entries, balance sheet review, and Treasury function under Global Treasury team and Cash Management Teams. Ensure optimal cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and timely accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of reporting package and disclosures based on US GAAP.

Key Tasks

  • Lead and supervise Reporting and Treasury teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and responsibilities
  • Oversee the month end close process, accounts reconciliation, journal entries, balance sheet review, and Treasury function to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
  • Ensure optimal cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting to minimize risks and maximize opportunities
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of reporting package and disclosures based on US GAAP to meet stakeholder expectations

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance professional with a strong background in Financial Accounting, Treasury and Compliance. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Treasury, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • A University degree in Economics, Business administration, Accounting or Finance
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards and their application in a global environment
  • Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and exposure to accounting tools (SmartView, Hyperion)
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables) and other financial analysis tools
  • Knowledge of general ledger, financial accounting, reporting, treasury processes and risk management techniques
