- Understand and analyze the capabilities of vendor solutions and identify gaps to our requirements
- Facilitate requirements workshops
- Analyze and document business requirements / change requests / business processes, take part in feasibility studies
- Closely cooperate with various stakeholders in the Raiffeisen Group
- Support development and test teams during implementation
- Define and implement methodologies and best practices
- Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Administration/Economics, or equivalent
- Proven experience in business analysis or requirement engineering
- In-depth knowledge of Payments and Cash Management processes and message formats
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset, high commitment, and motivation
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to embrace new challenges
- Fluent in English to collaborate in an international environment

The offered gross yearly salary starts from Euro (basis full-time) all-in, depending on qualification and experience.
