Job Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment processes for our R&D organization. You will partner with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to our company. Your role will involve being the expert in tech-focused roles, pushing the status quo, and finding innovative ways to attract talent. You will also be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates. Additionally, you will foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs. As a trusted advisor, you will coach and advise based on your knowledge in the IT market and the competitive landscape. You will also be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment, working closely with our Employer Branding team. You will own multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You will use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for our R&D organization
Partner with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to our company
Be the expert in tech-focused roles, pushing the status quo, and finding innovative ways to attract talent
Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates
Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to deliver upon strategic long-term needs
As a trusted advisor, coach and advise based on your knowledge in the IT market and the competitive landscape
Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment, working closely with our Employer Branding team
Own multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience
Use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Previous recruiting experience across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market
Experience recruiting across Engineering tech stacks such as Java, C++, Python, Java Script, React, Kubernetes, and cloud engineering
Experience in hiring and finding leadership profiles
Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation
Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand the goals of the business

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The minimum salary for this position is 55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
