Position Title: ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)
Department: Research & Development
Location: Innsbruck, Austria
Employment Type: Full-Time, 38.5 hours per week, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the gathering and validation of project requirements, ensuring a cohesive alignment between business operations and ERP functionalities.
2. Develop and oversee the project timeline, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management, with an emphasis on process definition and integration.
3. Supervise the migration of legacy data, ensuring precision and adherence to established processes.
4. Ensure that ERP customizations fulfill functional specifications and bolster business operations.
5. Organize user training sessions and guarantee that system testing meets all necessary criteria prior to implementation, with continuous follow-up to resolve any issues or enhancements.
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or a related discipline.
2. Extensive experience as an ERP Project Manager, particularly in new implementations and upgrades involving platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle.
3. Ability to provide strategic guidance, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, and effectively engaging sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Proven track record of working in an international setting, preferably within the Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors.
5. Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information:
Minimum annual gross salary starting from EUR 51,686.43, contingent upon professional qualifications and experience.
